Llano Estacado Emmaus Community
I pray you all are doing well and have not had flooding issues with all the rain we are getting. Thank you, Lord, for the rains.
July is upon us. This year is halfway over and seems to be going fast. We have been busy with small trips here and there and other than flat tires on our RV all has gone well. Every time we had a flat, some one stopped and helped us change it. Praise the Lord for that.
Women’s Walk #153 was last weekend and from the ladies’ testimonies God touched them in a special way. The Banquet was beautifully decorated, and I could tell the Ladies were surprised and enjoyed it. It was a little funny as I watched the luminaries being set up for Candlelight and moved 3 or 4 times. The last time was the best set up because the pilgrims stood by the luminaire with their name on it for the service. By putting the names on both sides, the sponsors know where their pilgrim will stand. There were light sprinkles as Candlelight was ending, but no one got wet. Closing was awesome and the sponsors got to watch it on the big screen in the annex with overflow in the Chapel. All the sponsors and overflow were able to take communion at the same time as the pilgrims.
