Thanks to everybody that came out to support the Chrysalis fundraiser at Blue Sky. We don’t have the official numbers in yet but we were told that our turn out was exceptional and we may have set a record. You guys are amazing supporters and this community wouldn’t be possible without all your prayers and interaction.
The
high school flights in July are in full swing and the teams are continuing to prepare for what God will do in the lives of all those young people. Pray for Yvonne and Jason daily as well as the teams and their families and please sign up your high schoolers and spread the word.
We currently have not found a replacement Lay Director for our September Boys Journey the 11-14th. If you have spent some time working Chrysalis events and meet a few requirements you might just be eligible. If the Lord is tugging at your heart strings and you think this might be a position he’s calling you to please contact me and we’ll talk.
Blessings,
Jared Chrestman
Praise God for another month come and gone and another month upon us with new opportunity to serve him with all of our heart and soul. Praise him for the rain and the green grass everywhere!
I want to give a huge shout out to the community for pouring out support for Lynn Smith and the boys of Chrysalis Journey #27. We were short on food and agape at the beginning but you guys truly blessed with providing an abundance that is rarely equaled. Praise God we had a salvation, deliverance and life transformations… the effects of which will continue to ring out into the spiritual world as a testimony to Christ’s healing power, majesty and steadfast love. If you have never had the privilege of serving on a Chrysalis please don’t hesitate to email me and we will see if we can’t provide a way for you to share in the experience.
Praise GOD!!!! March is off to a great start with a huge blessing for our community. We owe a huge thank you to Betenbough Homes for donating $9,000 to our scholarship fund. This will send 60 young people on a walk this year. We are so stoked to be able to continue offering full scholarships to any college student who needs it.
